hi! my boyfriend and i run a fire troop in central minnesota and we're going to be in brooklyn and manhattan for about a week in july. we really want to spin while we're there but we don't know about the laws or anything. is spinning fire legal there? are there any special rules we should know about? where's a good place to get fuel? if anyone could help us out we'd really appreciate it! thanks!!
